Peninsula Health is seeking an Executive Director of Strategy, Capital, and Digital to lead a newly realigned division. This role will involve overseeing the development of strategies and business plans, monitoring strategic initiatives, and driving population health and service planning. The Executive Director will also have executive oversight of capital projects and lead the Digital/IT teams, managing major capital developments across the organization, including the Frankston Hospital redevelopment. Collaboration with operational and corporate teams will be essential to navigate significant organizational change and drive necessary transitions.The Executive Director will play a key role in spearheading the delivery of the Digital Health Strategy, ensuring that all aspects of digital health maximize value for the health service.
