
The Executive Director will be responsible for leading client innovative programs that have positively impacted the lives of many teens and families in the Seattle area. They will work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic plans, oversee program development, manage staff, and ensure financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit leadership, a passion for helping youth overcome addiction, and strong communication and organizational skills. They will also have a proven track record of fundraising and community engagement, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. The Executive Director will play a crucial role in continuing to grow and expand the impact of client innovative programs in the community, making a difference in the lives of those struggling with addiction.
