Our client Uniting AgeWell is looking for an Executive Director People and Culture to lead the organization's people, culture, and capability agenda. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Uniting AgeWell's workforce is supported and developed to deliver high-quality person-centered services in line with the organization's mission and strategic goals. As a key member of the Executive Team, the EDP&C will develop and implement people strategies to ensure the right skills mix for effective service delivery, foster a client-focused culture, and provide safe workplaces and processes for a diverse workforce.The Executive Director People and Culture will play a crucial role in supporting a positive employee experience at Uniting AgeWell, overseeing the development and implementation of contemporary people strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Uniting AgeWell's workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to deliver services effectively, while also promoting a client-focused culture and safe working environments. As a member of the Executive Team, the EDP&C will work closely with the CEO to drive Uniting AgeWell's mission and strategic direction through effective people and culture initiatives.
