
Peninsula Health is seeking an Executive Director People, Culture and Governance to lead a newly realigned division. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and support to the organization by developing and implementing progressive people, culture, and governance strategies. This role will oversee organizational and cultural transformation initiatives, focusing on achieving measurable outcomes and promoting a sustainable, high-performance approach. Additionally, the Executive Director will collaborate with other departments to enhance leadership capabilities, manage change effectively, and promote employee wellbeing.
The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading portfolios that include Legal Services and Enterprise Risk, Compliance, and Privacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, culture development, and governance, with experience in driving organizational change and fostering a high-performance culture.
