With approximately 1.4 million 999 calls received each year, the client's team of 8000 staff and volunteers play a crucial role in responding to emergency incidents and providing patient transport services.
The Executive Director of Quality will be responsible for overseeing and improving the quality of care provided by the client. They will work to ensure that all services meet regulatory standards set by the CQC and Ofsted.
