Description

The Executive Director of Human Resources, Organizational Development and Learning will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the COO and responsible for providing strategic leadership and implementing HR best practices across the client. They will oversee all HR functions and lead the Corporate HR Services Department in developing and implementing HR policies and programs to support the client's strategic goals and mission. The ED will work closely with department and program leaders to understand their HR needs and ensure organizational compliance with employment and safety legislation.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a visionary HR leader to rebuild and transform the HR function within the client. The successful candidate will collaborate with the ELT and other leaders to develop and implement strategic HR policies and programs that align with the client's mission and vision. They will play a crucial role in driving organizational success by ensuring that HR practices support the achievement of strategic goals and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
