Description
The ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor's degree and at least seven years of experience in financial aid and administrative operations, with a proven track record of successful supervision. Familiarity with Oracle PeopleSoft or similar ERP data systems is essential, as well as strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. Responsibilities for this role include overseeing the financial aid process, managing a team of staff members, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing data, making recommendations for improvements, and providing training and support to staff members.
