The Fulcher Foundation is seeking an Executive Director to continue the visionary work of founder Wayne Fulcher and lead the organization through a period of growth and expansion. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of one of Nova Scotia's most impactful private foundations, transitioning it into a recognized provincial leader in collaborative philanthropy. The successful candidate will inherit a strong foundation of innovative projects and community partnerships, while also having the autonomy to identify new opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and create lasting impact across Nova Scotia's rural and Indigenous communities.The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the foundation's operations, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and developing and implementing strategic plans to further the organization's mission. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for philanthropy, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive organizational growth and impact. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and community engagement, as well as a deep commitment to making a difference in the lives of individuals and communities in Nova Scotia.
