Our client is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership for the organization. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of free legal services across the state, managing funding from various sources, and supporting programs and initiatives that promote access to justice for low-income individuals and families. The ideal candidate will have experience in law, nonprofits, government, or advocacy, with a proven ability to foster collaboration, manage relationships with stakeholders, and lead organizational growth and impact.
The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, government agencies, funders, and other entities to enhance our client's visibility and impact. They will be responsible for managing a diverse range of responsibilities, including financial oversight, lobbying efforts, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will champion the mission of our client, build authentic relationships, and demonstrate strong leadership qualities to drive the organization forward in modernizing the civil legal aid delivery system in Pennsylvania. The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from $175,000 to $200,000, with a generous benefits package.
