
The Executive Director will be responsible for advising the Board on governance issues, compliance with legislation, and strategic planning initiatives. They will lead the organization in creating and implementing strategies aligned with the vision set by the Board, as well as identifying growth opportunities. The Executive Director will also represent the organization to the community, government, and other stakeholders, and collaborate with health care partners to advance system-level initiatives.In terms of leadership and human resources, the Executive Director will provide guidance to staff, manage resources in accordance with accepted practices, and ensure accountability for fulfilling the organization's mission. They will interpret and implement the Board's strategic direction, goals, and objectives into operational plans, while also overseeing financial management to ensure sound fiscal practices. Additionally, the Executive Director will support the management team in overseeing all operations, managing contracts, and ensuring legal and security requirements are met for all agreements.
