The New Brunswick Multicultural Council (NBMC) is looking for an Executive Director to lead the organization in its mission to support immigrant-serving agencies and multicultural associations in the province. The Executive Director will be responsible for advising government levels on issues related to multiculturalism, immigration, settlement, retention, and labor market integration. They will also oversee the coordination and capacity-building efforts of NBMC to promote efficiency, avoid duplication of services, and facilitate the exchange of best practices and resources within the multicultural community.With over 41 years of experience, NBMC has been a key contributor to the success of immigration in the province and is the oldest umbrella organization in Atlantic Canada. The Executive Director will play a crucial role in continuing this legacy by enabling newcomers and members of the multicultural community to fully participate and prosper in society. They will lead efforts to enrich and grow communities in New Brunswick, ensuring that all individuals have the opportunity to thrive and contribute to the province's diverse and vibrant culture.
