The Fort Worth Community Land Trust (FWCLT) is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization in its mission to provide affordable housing opportunities for low-income households in Fort Worth. The Executive Director will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan, fostering relationships with stakeholders, managing operational aspects of the organization, and overseeing staff development. Additionally, the Executive Director will be tasked with financial management, fundraising, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Ideal candidates for this role will have at least 5 years of executive or management experience, knowledge of housing and community development, and experience in real estate development and finance. They should possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, be able to lead and manage a team effectively, and have a commitment to creating a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000, and our client offers an excellent benefits package that includes health insurance, paid vacation, and sick leave.
