Jeremiah Program is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping single mothers access higher education, affordable childcare, housing, skills training, and career development in order to thrive and achieve economic mobility. They aim to create a world where poverty is not feminized, race is not divorced from gender, and women experiencing poverty have a seat at the table to curate the agenda. The Executive Director position at our client is responsible for leading the two-generation mission, maintaining community partnerships, raising annual revenue goals, managing financial operations, and overseeing a team of six staff members to ensure the coordination of all campus operations.
The Executive Director will work closely with the National Campus Support Team in areas such as Talent & HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Development, Marketing & Communications, Parent Programming, and Two-Generational Programming. This role reports to the CEO & President and is a key member of the Leadership Team, responsible for influencing and implementing high priority organizational decisions.
