The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including leadership, financial management, member programming, and day-to-day operations. They must build strong relationships with the Board, staff, healthcare providers, local health authorities, government, and the community, demonstrating a commitment to healthcare, rural healthcare services, providers, and community and patient care. Additionally, the Executive Director supports the governance oversight of two Primary Care Networks in the region, which are designed to support primary healthcare providers in delivering services in a team-based approach that aligns with eight core attributes.Overall, the Executive Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the success and effectiveness of the organization by providing strategic leadership, fostering relationships, and supporting the governance oversight of Primary Care Networks.
