
The Executive Director will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the partnership with our client to advance the health and well-being of Maryland citizens through research and analytics. They will lead a team of researchers and analysts in developing insights for our client and the larger health policy community, while also having the opportunity to engage in research and scholarship if desired. The Institute is well positioned for growth, with expertise in data-driven research and policy analysis to inform decision-making in healthcare delivery and financing systems, particularly in Maryland's unique all-payer model.The Executive Director will play a key role in advancing health initiatives in Maryland through research and analytics, supporting the state's AHEAD Model to improve population health and lower costs across all payers. Our client's research and predictive analytics will be crucial in helping the Maryland Department of Health achieve these goals and serve as a national model. The new Executive Director will also be responsible for developing advanced predictive and financial spending analytics to support the Department of Health in operating a sustainable Medicaid program.
