
The East Tennessee State University (ETSU) College of Nursing is looking for an Executive Director to lead the Appalachian Highlands Center for Nursing Advancement (AHCNA). This individual will be responsible for providing dynamic leadership and vision for the Center, which was established through a grant from Ballad Health and includes the Tennessee Center for Nursing Advancement. The Executive Director will oversee the strategic direction and operations of the Center, working to advance nursing education and practice in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and healthcare leadership, with experience in program development and management. They will be responsible for building partnerships with healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and community stakeholders to promote nursing advancement in the Appalachian Highlands region. The Executive Director will also be tasked with securing funding and resources to support the Center's initiatives and programs, as well as collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure the success of its mission.
