The Executive Director of VETASSESS is responsible for leading and enhancing the VET assessment provider to contribute to the sustainability and success of our client. Reporting to the CEO, this position manages relationships with government organizations and agencies at various levels and leads strategy development for service excellence and growth in local, interstate, and international markets. With a team of up to 150 employees, the Executive Director collaborates with BKI colleagues to build relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.The Executive Director plays a key role on the executive leadership team, overseeing the operations of VETASSESS and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive success. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage a large team and foster a collaborative environment to achieve organizational goals. The Executive Director will also be responsible for ensuring that VETASSESS operates within governance frameworks and meets the standards set by the institute.
