The Executive Director position at the Performing Arts Center (PAC) requires a dynamic leader with a strategic vision to elevate the organization to new heights. By strategically selecting, promoting, and marketing performances and events, the Executive Director will be expected to significantly boost revenue generation while effectively managing the PAC budget to ensure financial sustainability. In addition to fundraising responsibilities, the Executive Director will oversee the appropriate use of Grant and Endowment Funds, ensuring compliance with all reporting and regulatory requirements.
