
The Executive Director position at the Performing Arts Center (PAC) requires a dynamic leader with a strategic vision to elevate the organization to new heights. Leading a team of four, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the performing arts industry and a background in philanthropy to drive increased usage and revenue generation for the PAC. Working closely with the AVP and VP of Institutional Advancement, the Executive Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising plan that includes securing gifts, sponsorships, and naming opportunities. By strategically selecting, promoting, and marketing performances and events, the Executive Director will be expected to significantly boost revenue generation while effectively managing the PAC budget to ensure financial sustainability. In addition to fundraising responsibilities, the Executive Director will oversee the appropriate use of Grant and Endowment Funds, ensuring compliance with all reporting and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the PAC by identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. With a focus on enhancing the overall impact and visibility of the organization, the Executive Director will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that align with the PAC's mission and goals.
