Our client is seeking an Executive Director of Employee and Labor Relations to lead and manage Collegewide employee and labor relations functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring fair and progressive working conditions for both bargaining and non-bargaining employees. This position reports directly to the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and will be responsible for developing and implementing employee and labor relations strategies in a diverse and inclusive urban environment.
