The Executive Director, Community Services oversees a diverse portfolio of divisions including Planning & Capital Projects, Community Operations, Squamish Valley Operations, Senakw Operations, Community Lands, and Public Safety. They are responsible for managing hundreds of millions of dollars in infrastructure and development projects, while ensuring the health and safety of existing community assets. The Executive Director will collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities for innovation, improve interdepartmental cooperation, and align with the Council's vision and goals. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Executive Director will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization. They will work closely with external partners such as local governments, regional communities, provincial and federal governments, and nation-owned entities to advance the organization's objectives.
