The job involves leading the European quality/audit team and overseeing product approvals for our client, a well-established Bio-tech company with significant growth potential. The role requires spearheading CMO excellence, managing vendor and CMO processes with a focus on compliance and excellence, coordinating audits and inspections, executing annual Product Quality Reviews, and overseeing quality assurance activities on a European scale. The successful applicant should have significant experience in the bio-tech/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, deep knowledge of relevant regulations, experience in a QA/QC/GxP regulated environment, and the ability to qualify new critical suppliers and conduct audits.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience contributing to annual Product Quality Reviews and complaint evaluations, as well as experience in audits, CMO/Vendor Management, and team leadership. Strong communication skills, proficiency in English (German is desirable), and the ability to collaborate effectively both internally and externally are essential.
