The client is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Manager for Europe to create and promote an Ethics & Compliance program within the business. This role will involve conducting corporate investigations into serious incidents and allegations to protect the company's interests and reputation. The successful candidate will also manage the Speak up campaign, conduct due diligence on third-party suppliers, and promote ethical and legal awareness throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer in one of the EU jurisdictions with deep knowledge of compliance laws and regulations. They should have experience delivering successful compliance and ethics programs in a large organization and be a strong communicator.
