Our client is a prestigious international investment management firm based in London, seeking an experienced ESG Aware Fund of Alternative Funds Portfolio Manager (Director) to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with senior management to build a new business and team focused on ESG-focused alternative investment strategies across private equity, venture capital, and private debt funds. Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive alternative fund of funds investment strategies, leading a team of portfolio managers, conducting market research and due diligence, monitoring portfolio performance, and integrating ESG factors into investment decisions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fund of fund investments, a proven track record of success in developing and executing alternative investment strategies, strong leadership skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and knowledge of international markets and regulatory frameworks. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required, with an MBA or CFA designation preferred.
