Our client, a leading global financial services organization, is seeking a Head of Employee Relations (APAC) to join their Singapore office. In this strategic role, the individual will lead the Employee Relations strategy, framework, and guidelines across multiple countries in the region. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of ER, policy, and regional ER projects such as re-structures, integration, and union renewals, working closely with the Leadership team and legal partners.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Head of Employee Relations with strong APAC coverage and financial services knowledge, preferably based in Singapore. They should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global matrix environment and be a collaborative team player.
