Responsibilities include conducting market analyses, implementing global compensation policies, leading compensation projects, and collaborating on the global job architecture project. The successful candidate will also educate stakeholders, supervise compensation structures, implement incentive programs, manage benefits programs, and support global mobility initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, deep understanding of Compensation and Benefits principles, and experience in global markets. Fluency in English and proficiency in another European language is advantageous, along with advanced MS Office skills and the ability to conduct independent research.
