Our client, a leading B to B services ETI, is seeking a Group HR Director to oversee HR responsibilities on an international scale, including managing projects related to labor relations, personnel administration, and HR team organization. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a HR Director in the B to B services sector for an international group, possess strong project management skills, and be autonomous, rigorous, and methodical. They should also have a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to visualize future organizational structures, as well as be available immediately for a 6-month assignment.
The Group HR Director will report to the Group General Management and be responsible for HR projects, transformations, and autonomy within the organization. Fluency in English is required for this role, along with a Bachelor's degree or higher. The ideal candidate will be able to function effectively in a project-based environment, demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, and have a proven track record of success in managing HR functions for international groups.
