Our client, an international industrial player, is seeking a transitional HR Director for a strategically important industrial site. The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing and diagnosing current HR practices on the site, focusing on addressing high turnover rates through recruitment strategies and employer branding. They will also work to develop and challenge operational managers in team management, embodying a true HR leadership role that is attentive to on-the-ground issues and fostering a stronger sense of belonging among employees.
The ideal candidate for this transitional HR Director role will have experience in HR leadership on industrial sites, with a sensitivity to and ideally experience with high-level engineering populations. They should be methodical, rigorous, pragmatic, and fluent in English, with a particular interest in executive recruitment challenges.
