Our client, a leading international industrial group, is seeking a Director of Human Resources for France. Reporting to the General Management of France and the HR Management of Europe, this role will oversee all HR functions across multiple sites, with a focus on managing projects related to labor relations, personnel administration, and HR team organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a HR Director in the industry for an international group, possess strong project management skills, and be autonomous, rigorous, and methodical. Additionally, the successful applicant must have a deep understanding of HR processes, the ability to visualize future organizational structures, and be available immediately for a 6-month assignment with fluency in English.
