A national large-scale textile company in the Northeast region is seeking a General Director to manage all factory and administrative operations. The Director will report directly to shareholders and the Board, developing and implementing strategies to support growth and profitability. Responsibilities include overseeing all company operations, conducting detailed financial analyses, establishing strategic partnerships, monitoring financial performance, improving operational processes, and fostering a healthy work environment.
The successful candidate will have a complete higher education, experience as a General Director/CEO in the textile sector, and be willing to relocate to the capital of the Northeast region for 100% in-person work. Additional qualifications such as experience in family businesses, postgraduate education, and proficiency in English are considered a plus. The position offers a PJ hiring model, negotiable bonuses, and no benefits.
