Involve CLG is a leading provider of Youthwork Services for young Travellers, aiming to empower individuals, promote community development, and address critical issues such as social inclusion, education, employment, mental health, and wellbeing. They engage approximately 650 young people from the Traveller Community on a weekly basis through various programs and initiatives including youth clubs, after-school programs, mentoring, advocacy, recreational activities, leadership development, and civic engagement activities.
The client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Member with a strong background in Community Development to join their board. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and a commitment to advancing the mission of the client. Responsibilities include contributing to the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring effective governance, and supporting the development and implementation of programs that benefit young people and communities.
