They should have a background in academia, the not-for-profit sector, or the commercial sector, and possess the ability to lead, develop, and shape a team to help achieve the client's vision. Additionally, candidates must be adept at representing the client at the highest levels with various stakeholders including academia, Government, BBSRC, UKRI, and industry.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the team at the client to ensure the successful delivery of the client's vision. They will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and build relationships at all levels.
