The Director of Technical Product Management will be responsible for leading the migration from PeopleSoft CRM to Salesforce for a financial services technology solutions client. This role will involve working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and back end for a customer-facing Portal, as well as potentially using Salesforce for billing in the future. The Director will also collaborate with the Mulesoft team to ensure a seamless transition.
The ideal candidate will have experience directing product strategy from conception to end of life, as well as overseeing the design, modification, and evaluation of products throughout the development process. This position will require remote work with occasional travel to Kansas City, MO as needed. The Director of Technical Product Management will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and release of Salesforce solutions for the client.
