Our client, a European Private Bank, is seeking a Director, Private Banker to lead a team in expanding the private banking field in Taiwan. The successful candidate will engage and manage diverse UNHW/HNW clients, persuading them to choose the Private Bank for their financial services. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and secure new relationships, onboard new clients, and develop actionable strategies to maximize resource efficiency and enhance the Private Bank's P&L.
The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience serving UHNW clients, strong investment and portfolio management understanding, and extensive financial services and regulatory knowledge. A dynamic, forward-thinking, and entrepreneurial personality is essential for success in this role.
