Our client is seeking a Director for the Counseling & Student Development Center (CSDC) to oversee operations, provide strategic leadership, manage staff, and ensure high-quality counseling services for students. The Director will report to the Associate Dean of Health and Wellness and play a critical role in collaborating with campus partners to support student mental health. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical, educational, fiscal, and administrative aspects of the center, as well as providing direct clinical services and promoting mental health awareness through outreach activities and workshops. The ideal candidate will be licensed as a psychologist in PA, hold a PhD, PsyD, or EDD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, and have at least five years of experience in the mental health field.
