
The Director of Talent Management at our client reports to the VP of HR and is responsible for overseeing the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Development functions. This role involves leading a team of three staff members and managing all recruitment and onboarding activities, including job descriptions, sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and background checks. The Director is also tasked with developing talent management programs such as succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development to enhance employee skills and ensure the organization is equipped to meet its current and future needs.

This includes working closely with the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. The Director is also responsible for managing employment agencies and overseeing the implementation of talent management programs that support employee growth and development.
