The Director of Strategy will be responsible for leading a team that supports the Group CEO and Board in developing the Group Strategy. This role will involve overseeing the strategic agenda and managing multiple strategy projects led by Principals, while collaborating closely with senior management. Ideal candidates for this position will have a top-tier strategy consulting background at the Partner level, or currently hold a Corporate Strategy Director role within the industry. An understanding of Life and General Insurance is highly desirable, with knowledge of asset management also being beneficial.
