The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue goals by developing new accounts and growing current hotel accounts in a profitable manner. This role will lead direct reports to achieve the client's sales goals and hold them accountable for their duties. The DOSM will target appointment-oriented sales calls to ensure a successful direct sales program and must have reliable transportation and a valid state driver's license for sales calls. Additionally, the DOSM will maximize current hotel key accounts by identifying opportunities for growth and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in hospitality sales and marketing, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales goals. They must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
