The Director of Retail Brokerage will report to the Managing Partner and will be a full-time position based in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a licensed broker/agent and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the client and its affiliates. They must have a successful track record of closing transactions in retail real estate, convenience stores, and the energy sector, specifically in Net Lease, Sale Leaseback, or Business & Real Estate transactions. The candidate will also be tasked with attracting, retaining, and recruiting a team of successful agents and brokers.
The Director of Retail Brokerage must possess strong communication skills, customer relationship management abilities, and market analysis expertise. They should have a deep understanding of convenience retail properties and operations, as well as ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging both existing and new relationships to drive business growth and success within the retail brokerage sector.
