Requirements for the position include a Bachelor's degree in Quality or STEM-related discipline with 10+ years of experience, 5 years of management experience, and 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with highly automated processes. The Director of Product Quality will also need demonstrated QMS and audit expertise for Medical Device and Combination products, knowledge of applicable standards, and understanding of quality management requirements.
