URGE - Unite for Reproductive and Gender Equity is seeking a Director of Policy who is passionate about reproductive and social justice. The organization is driven by young leaders who work to educate communities and advocate for policies at the local, state, and national levels. The Director of Policy will lead the Policy Department in engaging young people on issues of sexual health, reproductive rights, and gender equity to create political power for policy and culture change.
Candidates for this role must have knowledge and commitment to reproductive health and rights, experience with national and/or state policy change, and excellent training skills. The Director of Policy will report to the Deputy Director of Programs & Policy and manage a team of policy and movement building directors.
