The Director of the DPT program will report directly to the Dean of the College and have both teaching and administrative responsibilities in a 12-month clinical track appointment. This individual will play a key role in advancing the mission of the university and preparing students to practice in a diverse and complex society. The Director will lead the development of curriculum, policies, and procedures specific to the DPT program, as well as oversee the accreditation process with CAPTE and ensure compliance with state and national accrediting bodies.This position offers a unique leadership opportunity to shape the strategy of the Physical Therapy program and bring critical healthcare services to an underserved community. The Director will be responsible for guiding the program's growth and success, as well as fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students.
