
The Director of Performance Creative will be responsible for leading the creative strategy and execution for paid acquisition channels in the Health & Wellness/Beauty Industry. This includes scaling and optimizing ad performance across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. The role involves developing a systematic and data-driven approach to creative production to ensure a steady pipeline of high-performing assets. Additionally, the Director will manage the recruitment and onboarding process of UGC creators, providing them with written scripts and briefs to maintain content consistency with the client's direction.
In this role, the Director will write detailed briefs and scripts for influencers and UGC creators, tailored for paid usage and YouTube integrations, aligning with the client's tone and objectives. Collaboration with the marketing and analytics teams will be essential to identify trends, optimize creative assets, and test new concepts to improve performance. This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong background in digital marketing and ecommerce, as well as experience in managing creative teams and working with influencers.
