
The ideal candidate for this position will be a strategic People and Culture expert with exceptional stakeholder management skills. They will need to build strong working relationships with the Principal and various stakeholders within the organization. While experience in an educational environment is preferred, candidates with strong transferable skills from other sectors will also be considered.The successful appointee will be responsible for strategic planning and supporting the diverse needs of stakeholders within the organization. They will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of People and Culture practices and be able to effectively engage with a wide range of individuals.
