The position involves engaging with students in the evenings and weekends, establishing a budget and strategy for events, camps, and retreats, and supporting the ministry team as needed. The candidate must adhere to the policies and practices of our client, partner with local student organizations, and engage with high schools, churches, and the community. They will also develop a structure for the ministry, recruit and equip leaders, support parents in discipling their youth, and equip students through discipleship offerings.Additionally, the candidate will involve students in contact work and event organization, assimilate them into the worship, community, and mission of our client, and inspire them to share the gospel with their friends. They will work to create platforms for communication with students and implement group events appealing to them, as well as find ways to involve students who may not be ready for discipleship. Overall, the role requires a commitment to supporting and equipping students in their faith journey and integrating them into the church community.
