
The Director of National Accounts is responsible for developing new business-to-business accounts across the United States and Canada to drive business to the franchise community. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and supervises a National Accounts Manager and a National Accounts Coordinator. The client is North America's largest spray-on protective coating and vehicle upfit network, offering professional support and service at approximately 200 store locations. The parent company, IXS Coatings, is a global leader in high-performance protective coatings for automotive, manufacturing, and industrial operations.
The Director of National Accounts will work to establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth. They will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
