
The Director for Investigations will be responsible for overseeing the establishment of a new national investigations team and implementing a new operating model. They will manage teams, resources, and budgets to ensure high standards are met within the legislative framework. The Director will also play a key role in making effective decisions in critical cases and serve as the strategic operational lead for critical incidents. Additionally, they will lead on the investigative strategy and delivery for our client.This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage teams effectively, and a deep understanding of investigative processes. The Director will need to have experience in decision-making in high-pressure situations and a strategic mindset to drive our client's investigative efforts forward.
