The client is seeking an individual who can develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to increase income and ensure the long-term sustainability of the charity. The Director of Income Generation will be responsible for managing a team of fundraising professionals, overseeing all fundraising campaigns and events, cultivating relationships with donors and corporate partners, and identifying new opportunities for income generation. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising plan, monitoring and evaluating the success of fundraising activities, and reporting to the Board of Trustees on income generation performance.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in fundraising and income generation, with experience in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies. They will have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve fundraising targets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. The Director of Income Generation will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial sustainability of the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance Charity, helping to save lives and make a real difference to the communities we serve.
