Description

The Director of Fuel Sales will oversee a large sales team and work closely with the client to support profitable growth with commercial and fleet programs. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and mentoring the sales team, as well as creating and implementing strategic plans with minimal oversight. The Director will establish performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for the Sales Group, collaborating with Human Resources to develop a successful team development strategy. Additionally, they will work to develop collaborative relationships within the organization to align with overall business goals and define sales structures as needed.

This position requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to drive results through effective planning and execution. The Director of Fuel Sales will play a key role in driving the success of the Sales Group and contributing to the company's overall growth and success.
