Description

Our client, a prestigious boarding school with a long history of educational excellence, is seeking a Director of Facilities & Campus Planning to oversee maintenance, construction management, and other critical aspects of their campus. With a focus on transformative student experiences and a commitment to innovation, our client is looking for a strategic leader to work closely with the CFO and external stakeholders, providing operational leadership and contributing to strategic decisions. The Director will have five direct reports in Facilities, overseeing construction projects, grounds, HVAC, and maintenance divisions, as well as indirectly managing approximately 90 staff members.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, construction, and strategic planning, with a strong background in leadership and operational management. This full-time position will be based on site in CT, with a competitive salary and benefits package offered.
