The Director of Development for the Kansas City Royals Foundation will report to the Executive Director and Senior Director of Community Impact. The client, a renowned MLB team with a rich history and two World Series Championships, are now owned by John Sherman and a group of investors focused on winning and engaging with fans. The Director of Development will play a key role in fundraising efforts to support the foundation's initiatives and community impact programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development, fundraising, and relationship building, with a passion for making a difference in the local community. They will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement fundraising strategies, cultivate donor relationships, and oversee special events and campaigns.
